On April 24, 2024, Jia Hsin Co., Ltd. hosted the second module of the annual Effective Supervision Skills training course, specifically designed for female management personnel. The session was led by Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Thành from TUV Rheinland Vietnam and attended by female managers from various factories within the adidas system.
In this module, participants received training on Communication Skills and Motivation Techniques. The focus was on identifying factors that hinder employee motivation and learning effective communication strategies to inspire others. Attendees explored how to adapt their communication styles to match those of individual team members, fostering motivation and persuasion.
Through sharing experiences related to their achievements and challenges as managers, participants collectively examined methods for self-motivation and motivating their staff. Engaging in group exercises facilitated by the instructor, attendees identified key elements of effective communication and gained insights into enhancing their communication strategies.
