JIA HSIN CONDUCTS ANNUAL TRAINING PROGRAM

On June 22, Jia Hsin held its annual training sessions covering key topics such as Occupational Health and Safety, Fire Prevention and Control, Labor Law, and Gender Equality for employees from BU1 and JSG.

This year, in addition to knowledge-sharing and awareness campaigns, the company introduced incentives to encourage active learning, participation, and discussion during the training sessions:

1. Quiz Rewards: 50,000 VND red envelope for each correct answer
2. Game Prizes: Backpacks or snacks/candies

These efforts aim to foster a more engaging and rewarding training experience for employees.
