On March 15, 2025, Jia Hsin Co., Ltd. held a Leadership Workshop with the participation of the Executive Board and senior managers from various departments and production units. The event aimed to discuss development strategies, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster innovation within the organization.
During the workshop, Mr. Steven shared insights on modern management trends and effective business models. Participants then engaged in in-depth group discussions on key topics such as growth strategies, corporate culture development, and leadership model improvement. Creative ideas and practical solutions were proposed to boost performance and promote sustainable growth.
